32S. We were only thirty six years old, with four small children,
a mortgage, and an eleven year old Ford Econoline. Today those
four little children are grown up and gone from our household.
Our fifth child was born in 1989. He travels with us in the only
trailer he has ever known. At times our granddaughters come to
spend time in our AVION.
Sometimes it is just the two of us and we are looking more and
more like the people in an AVION
Brochure. Twenty years and tens of thousands of miles later our
investment is still worth $10-12,000. There is no reason to believe
that our AVION trailer will
not go through retirement with us and ultimately end up in the
hands of one of our children who have fond childhood memories
of our travels.
Silver
AVION trailers went out of
production just a few short years after we purchased our trailer.
Today's AVION
owners are not only passionate about their AVION
but all surviving AVION
travel trailers and Cayo RV's. This site exists for owners to
help each other. Stop back in and take a look around once in a
while. Maybe you will find the owners manual or items you are
seeking. There is also an increasing amount of nostalgia items
and photos of these silver classics.
I
thank the many people that supply items for this site. If you
would like to share items including pictures of your Silver AVION
or Cayo, send them in. They are always welcome. Mail
